Distance Reiki Sessions are appropriate for those who, for reason of distance, location, time constraint, etc., are unable to have an in-person Reiki session. A Distance Reiki Session is as effective as an in-person session and the benefits are the same. One only needs to be open to receiving the Reiki energy for it to work.
